Interested in  talking therapy? Here's what to expect:

I offer 50-minute weekly therapy sessions both online and in-person, at my North London therapy practice or my Harley Street practice, where clients can expect a supportive and non-judgmental environment to explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviours.


During your therapy sessions, we will work collaboratively to identify your goals and develop a plan tailored to your specific needs. I use a range of therapeutic techniques and approaches, depending on my client's presenting issues and preferences. Within my Person-Centred practice, I offer a combination of different modalities including psychodynamic therapy and mindfulness-based therapy.


For online appointments, I use private and secure video conferencing software. I work with my clients to create a comfortable and private space for online therapy sessions, ensuring that their confidentiality and privacy are maintained. I can also guide clients through any technical requirements to ensure that the online session runs smoothly. In-person therapy sessions will take place at my North London therapy practice, which is a warm and welcoming space where clients are provided with a confidential and supportive environment.


I help clients to identify and reflect on their lives. I have experience working with a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, stress, bereavement, childhood attachments, trauma, mental ill health and relationship problems. I help clients to develop coping strategies, improve communication, and manage stress and anxiety.


Throughout your therapy sessions, I will be empathetic and non-judgmental, I endeavour to create a space where clients feel heard and understood. I provide a space for clients to explore their thoughts and emotions, without fear of judgement or criticism. Clients can expect a compassionate and professional service.   This can be at my therapy and counselling Harley Street practice or at my practice in Finchley North London, alternatively online.
